1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
   • CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION “ENGINEERING SYSTEMS OF UKRAINE” CHARITABLE FOUNDATION” (from now on – the Foundation) follows the principles of privacy and integrity of information received from visitors to the esufoundation.org.ua website.

This privacy policy (from now on – the Policy) is aimed at informing the public about the procedure for the collection (processing), storage, and transfer of personal data and information received from visitors to the esufoundation.org.ua website.

This Policy shall apply only to information collected on the esufoundation.org.ua website. Therefore, we shall not be held responsible for the privacy policies or content of third-party websites.

• The Foundation is the owner of esufoundation.org.ua website.
• The following terms in this Policy are used in the following sense:
• Website – an information resource on the Internet, which is located at the address esufoundation.org.ua and contains text, graphics, and other information, which is perceived as a single entity and is supported by a complex of system software tools;
• personal database – a named set of arranged personal data in electronic form and/or in the form of individual data files;
• consent of the personal data subject – a voluntary expression of the will of an individual (provided that he is informed) regarding the granting of permission for the processing of his data following the formulated purpose of their processing, expressed in a form that makes it possible to conclude that consent has been given;
• processing of personal data – any action or set of activities, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, change, renewal, use and sharing (distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including use of information (automated) systems;
• personal data – information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified;
• subject of personal data – an individual whose personal data is processed;
• third party – any person, with the exception of the subject of personal data, the owner or administrator of personal data;
• cookies – small text files that are stored in the device’s browser (computer, cell phone, etc.) after visiting a website, and which the website transmits to the browser.

all other terms in the Policy are used in the meaning defined by the current legislation of Ukraine, including international legal acts ratified in Ukraine.

• The Foundation is the owner of personal data processed in connection with visiting/using the Website options. The Foundation has the right to fully or partially entrust the processing of personal data to third parties based on a contract concluded following the requirements of current legislation.
• An individual is a subject of personal data according to this Policy if he visits the Website, including when he uses any of the options available on the Website.
• If the Website visitor transfers the personal information of another person via the Website, the visitor must obtain that person’s consent both to the disclosure and to the processing of that personal information following this Policy.
• The purpose of processing personal data obtained during the functioning of the Website lies in performing the Foundation’s statutory activities.
• Posting this Policy on the Website is a notification to the subjects of personal data about the Owner, the composition and content of personal data collected in connection with visiting/using the Website, the rights of such subjects, the purpose of collecting their data and third parties to whom such personal data may be transferred.

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
   • The Foundation may collect and process information that you provide to the Foundation when using the Website and its options for providing charitable assistance (donations), communication with the Foundation through the Website options, etc.
   • The Foundation may collect and process information via the Website and other systems automatically (for example, PC information, including IP address, geographic location, browser type, and version and operating system, information about visits and use of the Website, including the source of referrals, duration of stay, page views and Website navigation).
   • The Website may also upload cookies to your device.
   • The Foundation may collect and process information that third parties collect about you on the Website using the options for sharing on social media available on the Website while surfing from one page to another or by viewing materials that have links to other websites (e.g., Facebook, Google, Twitter).
   • The Foundation does not collect or process personal data on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as data related to health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data (following Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”).
   • The Foundation may use your personal data only for the purposes defined by this Policy and current legislation, including but not limited to:
   • processing your request (application) to the Foundation, submitted while using the Website,
   • ensuring the provision of charitable assistance (donations) using the options available on the Website,
   • implementation of other Foundation’s statutory goals following the procedure defined by current legislation.
   • The processing and storage of the provided personal data is carried out in data centers where the equipment that ensures the functioning of the Website services is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the personal data base or a separate table of the Website Database.
   • The distribution of your personal data is carried out:
   • only with your consent;
   • in cases determined by the current legislation of Ukraine;
   • in the interest of national security and human rights;
   • in other cases defined by this Policy.
   • Personal data shall be stored for the period necessary following the purpose of their processing.
3. RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS
   • When visiting/using the Website, you have the right to:
   • receive from the Foundation the information not specified in this Policy regarding the processing, and conditions of providing access to your personal data, or give an appropriate order to receive this information to persons authorized by you, except for cases specified by legislation;
   • free of charge access to your personal data;
   • receive an answer to the request regarding the processing of your personal data in the manner and within the time limit determined by the current legislation;
   • submit a reasoned claim with an objection to the processing of your personal data, or regarding the change or destruction of your data, if such data is processed illegally or is inaccurate;
   • protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision of them, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or disgraces the honor, dignity, and goodwill of an individual;
   • withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;

as well as exercise other rights defined by current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

• You have the right to address issues related to the collection, use, storage, and other ways of processing your personal data to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. You can contact him via the e-mail address hotline@ombudsman.gov.ua.

4. PRIVACY POLICY AMENDMENTS
   • The Foundation reserves the right to revise and amend the provisions of this Policy. The current version of this Policy is posted on the Website.
